  • TRE® sessions are available in either 45 or 60-minute formats and can be conducted as group, one-on-one, or partner sessions. Pricing ranges from $33 to $99 per person, depending on the session type. Group classes are tailored for an intimate setting, accommodating up to 8 participants to maintain a tranquil environment.
